we loved the stay here and would recomand this place. we had an amazing stay in birmingham just off birmingham new street train station, and city centre. the location was good and marvellous a mere 400 metres from a vast arena.

I keep returning because the staff here are amazing. They even helped me return my forgotten hairbrush. The apartment has everything I need - Wi-Fi, Dryer, Flat-screen TV, and cots. Plus, no pets and non-smoking. Perfect for my city trips.

the spacious and fully equipped apartment was in an excellent condition and had all the facilities I needed and more. the self check, in process was convenient, and the hosts were amazing. They kept in contact throughout my stay and were quick and effective with their responses. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all! 😊.

There were some broken items in the apartment, such as an iron, wardrobe handle, and tiles. Additionally, one of the toilets had difficulty flushing.

The air-conditioned accommodation was a lifesaver in the heat, and being so close to the library and Gas Street Basin made exploring easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful surprise of broken sofa beds and shower doors. Such joy!
